I received PhD from the Department of Information Management at National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan. I am currently an Associate Professor at National Taichung University of Science and Technology in Taiwan. My research interests include decision support systems, knowledge systems, and e-learning systems. My research has appeared in journals such as Computers & Education, Journal of the Association for Information Science and Technology, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, ACM SIG Data Base, among others.

Aims and Scope
The Scopus journal “Queueing Models and Service Management” (QMSM) invites submissions for a special issue on “Service Management: Recent Research and Application”, scheduled for publication in March 2025. This special issue aims to provide a platform for scholarly discourse among researchers across diverse business disciplines, with a specific focus on service management. The journal aims to offer insightful analyses of the latest advancements in crucial areas of service management research.
